Project: Moonwalk Revitalization
Project Description: Renovation and revitalization of the moonwalk promenade. This included resurfacing and restriping the entire parking lot, rebuilding new access too and from Jackson square and the river (concrete stairs and pavers), interfacing with the public belt railroad to install 3 new decorative crossings, installed new cast-in-place concrete steps on the river side of the levee, new landscaping throughout, as well as new lighting for the entire site.

Project: Lusher Elementary School Renovation and Addition
Project Description: Complete renovation of a 3 story multi-building school that including adhering to historical requirements for the restoration of all the exterior windows, requirements for utilizing local DBE (disadvantaged businesses) businesses, as well as the addition of a 3 story elevator tower that connected the two school buildings. This entire project was completed over one summer while the school was out.

Project: Plaquemines Parish Consolidated Government Complex
Project Description: Complete interior demolition (down to the bare structure) and build out of a 30,000 square foot government complex (two buildings). Including all architectural finishes as well as all required structural and roofing upgrades and all new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. This is the complex that the Plaquemines parish government moved to after Hurricane Katrina.

Project: Alliance for Sustainable Wildlife
Project Description: Development of a completely wooded, couple hundred acre site to include many miles of perimeter containment fence, many miles of interior road system, as well as many different species specific housing structures (giraffe, okapi, etc) along with the necessary corral enclosure and equipment for the handlers to safely handle the animals. Also included installing all the necessary water, sewer, and power throughout the site.
